OSPE (Objective Structured Practical Examination) is an exam that i took at the end of the Growth and Development block. And Because it's the first OSPE test that I took in the College of Medicine i was a little bit stressful because i don't have any ideas about what i will face in the exam and how it works. The exam contains pictures of structures and functions of some organs and membranes in the human body and the student should have a knowledge in some of the structures and places of the membranes and organs in the body.

For example We can see above at this picture a histological part of the male testes and what it contains. In the exam the examiner will ask a question about the histological part or in the structural part. He can ask for example about the epididymis and where its position and functions and how it stores sprems until it reach maturity then transfer the sperm cells to the prostate and after that to the penile urethra.
